admission process

ACE enrollment is limited. Interviews begin in March. Most scholarships
and financial aid are awarded in the spring; therefore, early registration
is encouraged for families who will request tuition assistance.

1. To initiate the enrollment process, print and return the following:

2. In an effort to ensure, in good faith, that ACE appears to be an appropriate setting for the applicant, if evaluation of the above documents indicates the applicant meets the School’s interview criteria, you will be contacted to schedule a family interview and a student visitation day.

3. After your visit, the Admissions Committee will determine whether admission of the applicant is appropriate, giving due consideration to the needs of both the prospective student and existing students, as well as the capabilities and resources of the School itself. Each of these factors is prayerfully considered before any final decision is made.  

4. Upon acceptance, a enrollment packet will be mailed to the Student’s parent(s) or legal guardian(s). All tuition and financial arrangements must then be made promptly through the School office, (210) 690-7359.

5. Enrollment is only confirmed when all registration documentation and fees have been received and accepted as complete by ACE.

6. A thirty day probationary period is in effect from the first day of a Student’s attendance. Students may be dismissed during this period if:

.....a. All transcripts and other required records and documents have not been received as requested; or
.....b. The Administration determines, in its sole discretion, that ACE is not adequately able to meet the
